职业发展研讨会(Career Development Workshop)

费用:邮件报名者:RMB50/人,现场报名者:RMB80/人(如果坐席不够,主办方有权拒绝现场报名人员参加)。活动为
非盈利公益性质,所收费用用于场租等将实际产生的费用。
主题和宗旨:本期职业发展研讨会,将着重讨论(MIP)职场人士(28-34岁而立者)对于职业发展方向的困惑。希望通过来自不同行业与会者的讨论和交流,以及国际化资深行业人士(SIP)的分享和指导,理清困惑者的思路,提高他们对自身和行业的了解,为他们选择更为有效的职业成长道路提供参考。

日程安排:
1-1:30PM 注册及联谊
1:30—1:40PM 主持人介绍本次及将来活动和情况
1:40-2:40PM (1) 由二个SIP介绍其所在行业的职业前景及自身的职业发展史
(2) Q&A
2:40-3:00PM 休息&社交
3:00-4:10PM 分组就三个典型案例进行分析和讨论。每个小组由一位SIP组织并引导。同时,每个小组有一个案例人、记录人及时间掌控人。
(1) 参与者案例1(如何在企业内部尽快得到提升)
(2) 参与者案例2 (是否应该换工作)
(3) 参与者案例3 (是否应该创业)
4:10—5:20PM 大会,由各个小组案例人(或其他人)向大会做小组案例总结(包括Q&A)。每个案例15分钟介绍、总结,25分钟讨论和Q&A)。
5:20-5:30PM 会议总结及以后活动说明
5:30-6:00PM 社交
6:00PM 友谊AA制晚餐(愿意参加者)。请在报名邮件中注明是否参加晚餐,以方便我们组织。(报名费用不包括晚餐费用)。
Career Development Workshop for MIPs
Organizer: Global Overseas-educated Talents Services
Time: 1:00 - 6:00 PM, Sunday, March 21, 2010
Venue: 11th Floor, HuaQiao Building (Home for Overseas Chinese); 129 West Yan An Road (the cross street is Wu Lu Mu Qi Road).
Fees: RMB50/P for email RSVP participants before March 16,2010, RMB80/P for walk-in participants (organizer has the right to refuse walk-in participants if the seat is not available for the Event). This is a charitable event and fees collected will be used to cover the event cost.
Goal: The focus of this workshop is on how to positiononeself & choose a suitable career development path for MIPs. Participants, including (MIP) & (SIP) across different industries, will share their concerns, questions, experiences and suggestions through presentations and group discussions.

(3) Group 3 - Hamster Case 3 (Starting-up Own Business)
